We have an immediate need for a full-time Notes Processor Specialist to join our Care Team.

A Note Processor Specialist is responsible for processing billable documents from caregivers and nurses, and collaborating with team members to ensure payroll deadlines are met. This consists of reaching out to caregivers to confirm documents are submitted.

The Note Processor Specialist reviews the documentation and then processes it in a timely manner.

Note Processor Specialists are responsible for ensuring state and patient care, and documentation of complaints, incidents, etc by completing monthly case management notes.

Responsibilities

    • Process billable documents from caregivers and nurses
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure payroll deadlines are met
    • Communicate with caregivers and nurses on a regular basis
    • Continually develop medical knowledge to effectively process documents
    • Ensure patient plan of care is being met
    • Complete monthly case management notes
    • Assist in staffing caregivers and nurses in patient home
    • Learn program policies and procedures, billing processes, and other functions of Giving Home Health Care


Minimum Qualifications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail oriented and focused
    • Experience with MS Office products and medical software
    • Demonstrated success working independently and cohesively within a team setting

$21 - $21 an hour

Eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus
