We really care about you, and we really mean it!Duties & Responsibilities:+ Independently manage all project-related technical documentation.+ Translate complex technical aspects into clear concise documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.+ Author, proof, and quality control for project documentation, operational procedures, technical reports, research publications and presentations while meeting established schedules anddeadlines.+ Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and IT service management to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our documentation.+ Ensure compliance with requirements and maintain clear, concise documentation tailored for both current and future intended audiences.+ Review and assess Solution Architecture documents to ensure all necessary components areincluded.+ Update previously submitted governance documents to include data from new projects andintegrations.+ Assist with completing ad hoc forms requested from customers and internal teams.Required Qualifications:+ US Citizenship Required or must be qualified to obtain public trust federal clearance.+ 3+ years of experience with writing, editing, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents, including documents related to software implementations and clientcommunications.+ Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field.+ Experience working in the Federal Governmentsector.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Proven experience in technical writing, showcasing documentation created for IT services.+ Hands on experience with ServiceNow Platform or similar IT service Management platform to develop comprehensive technical documentation.+ Excellent time management and organization skills.+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.+ Experience with using Microsoft Office 365.+ Ability to communicate with technical, non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels in verbal and written formats.+ Knowledgeable in network architecture/infrastructure and FedRAMP documentation, a plus!Intact Technology s Talent Vision: All for One, One for All!+ We are stakeholders in our customer s success.
