Director Franchise Sales
Ideally located in southern Florida, but open to remote.
Blue Rock Search is working with a well-funded fast growing Franchise services company that is seeking a quota driven closer for their Director of Franchise Sales.
Directly sell franchises for multiple brands. Drive the sales process from lead qualifying to closing deals: signing agreements for new, single, and multi-unit franchise development.
The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and is a self-starter that needs little to no direction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Execute the full life cycle recruitment process - initial inquiry all the way to close.
- Screen and evaluate qualified candidates based on their development capacity, operational skill level and financial qualifications to ensure the candidate s facility meets established qualification criteria.
- Manage the administration of franchise contracts and disclosure procedures while maintaining legal compliance with all federal and state-specific franchise sales regulations.
- Execute sales objectives with regular tracking, progress, and pipeline reporting.
MUST HAVE:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct franchise sales
- A proven track record of selling more than 50 franchises per year
- A verifiable record of existing franchise broker relationships
