Senior System Engineer L3 Managed Services (HYBRID WORKPLACE)Our growing managed services provider (MSP) company is seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer L3 Managed Services with proven MSP industry knowledge and migration skills to join our team. As an Senior System Engineer L3 Managed Services, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our clients, as well as managing and performing migrations. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.We offer competitive salary packages, comprehensive benefits, professional development, and an exciting work environment where employees can grow their skills and advance their careers.Senior System Engineer L3 Managed Services Responsibilities:Service as a project lead implementing solutionsServe as a highest point of escalation point for trouble tickets on the Support Desk (ConnectWise and/or N-Able experience is a plus)Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server Technologies (Windows Server, HyperV, RDS, SQL, IIS )In-depth working knowledge of virtualization including VMWare, Hyperconverged systems, SANS and clustering.In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, VLANS, routing, switches, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and VoIP. (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL)Working knowledge of security policies and NIST controls.Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS, Google, GSuite )Senior System Engineer L3 Managed Services Requirements:Windows (Active Directory and Group Policy creation) VMware and Cloud TechnologiesOffice 365, Public cloud experience (Azure or AWS)VMware ESXi or Hyper-V, P2V migrationsCisco Small Business certified Switching/Routing/VPN intermediate knowledgeConnectWise PSA experience strongly desiredSenior System Engineer L3 Managed Services Salary & Benefits:Salary $100,000 to $110,0002 to 3 days Work From HomeGenerous PTOVery generous/flexible partial work from home opportunityPaid holidays and a flexible schedulePaid training and certification reimbursementOpportunity Location
