Job Duties

This is a wage position. Wage positions are limited to a maximum of 1500 hours per year (approximately 29 hours per week). This position does not include state benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
Demonstrated working knowledge of generally accepted office practices, procedures, and currently used office equipment;
Receptionist/telephone skills
Experience using a multi-line telephone
Experience using Microsoft applications
Experience scheduling appointments
Working independently of others;
Dependable and showing initiative;
Ability to effectively communicate,
Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Excellent interpersonal skills required for effective interaction with all levels of staff
