The base salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.The Analyst assumes a critical role in the entire transaction process, including the initial pitch, due diligence, preparing a written prospectus or memorandum, meeting with potential investors/buyers, negotiating key terms, closing the deal and maintaining the client relationship.The Analyst works on a variety of transactions, including equity offerings, M&A advisory assignments, private equity placements, and strategic options studies. Our small deal teams and our focus on middle-market, high-growth companies afford our juniors the unique opportunity to work directly with senior-level client executives and top-level bankers.Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:Work closely with senior bankers and client management teams on a variety of corporate financial advisory engagements including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and financial restructuringsDraft client marketing materials including pitches, information memoranda, and management presentationsSupport the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materialsFinancial modeling and valuation analysesWork with management teams and buyer/seller groups to coordinate due diligence effortsResearch industry trends, companies and investorsPerforms other duties as assigned.Maintain a positive and supportive firm culture, focused on the effective delivery of world-class service to our clientsEducation, Experience, and Skills required:Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business; O

utstanding academic achievement and demonstrated quantitative capability1-2 years experience in Investment BankingStrong analytical and modeling skillsExceptional writing and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of basic accounting, financial and valuation conceptsMotivated to develop high-quality work, attention to details, and takes initiativeExcellent quantitative and technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office skill setSelf-motivated team player with proactive work habits and a strong work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environmentClient service mindsetSecurities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79 and 63 licenses requiredB.
