Your Job Purpose:
As a Process Commissioning Lead working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the semiconductor sector. This job is based in a state-of-the-art, global facility in New Albany, Ohio. You would be performing start-up and commissioning of the facilities systems to functionally test the newly installed equipment and validate performance and spec compliance by following designated procedures and practices.
Your Job Description:
- Lead a team of Commissioning Engineers and Technicians overseeing process and/or waste systems (Or something along these lines; indicate it s a position with management responsibilities)
- Commissioning of equipment such as Ultra Pure Water Systems, collection tanks, pumps, (AODD, centrifugal and chemical metering), agitators, waste treatment skids, control valves.
- Review of design drawings, BIM models, equipment submittals and project specifications to ensure all equipment has been installed correctly and meets the owners project requirements.
- Preparation and field execution of Process system specific functional testing scripts, in line with the sequence of operations and design intent.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all installations adhere to industry standards, applicable codes, and project specifications.
- Track the resolution of any non-conformities within the cloud based Cx platform.
- Document and maintain detailed reports of system performance, test results and corrective actions taken.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and technicians to resolve them.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contractors and System Owners to ensure a smooth Cx process.
