Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Business Intelligence to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their business intelligence efforts, utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making, and optimizing operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage a team of analysts and developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience managing a team is a plus.
