Digital Media Production Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Media Program Assistant for a direct hire role for a government contracting company. This person will play a pivotal role in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. Their primary responsibility is to lead the creation of audio and visual digital media content related to critical Bureau policy issues. This includes overseeing the development of materials that advance Bureau public diplomacy initiatives. Additionally, the assistant will contribute to evaluating and assessing digital public diplomacy content, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of Bureau strategic communication efforts. While supporting the growth of current operations, they must maintain the consistent quality expected by Bureau leadership and embassy personnel. Key responsibilities include content creation, campaign support, photography/videography assistance, metrics management, and social media account oversight. - Working knowledge of photography, videography, and design principles.

- Familiarity with social and digital media analytics and performance indicators.

- Proven capacity to develop and implement a content strategy for an institutional/government social media account.
- Active Secret Clearance

- Bachelors degree in media production, communications, journalism, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in social media audio and visual content production and management.

- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and/or Final Cut.
