This position is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of sales programs for our portfolio of communities. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of sales executives who are driving revenue and occupancy growth within our communities. This position also has oversight for the Sales Engagement Team.

The Role:Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Execute this strategy through a team of Sales and Marketing VPs who oversee a portfolio of communities.Provide leadership to a team of Sales and Marketing VPs. Hire, train, manage performance, compensation decisions, and growth and career development.Oversee the development and implementation of sales engagement and training teams.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with executive leadership to set sales targets and objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, families, and referral partners.Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales interactions, understanding the unique needs of seniors and their families.Implement effective customer retention strategies to enhance long-term relationships through strong occupancy and revenue gains.Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales processes to drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets.In partnership with Development, Real Estate, Marketing, and Asset Management, and Care Purchasing Services teams, explore and pursue new markets and geographic areas for potential senior living developments.In partnership with operations and finance ensure proper pricing and incentive usage for revenue optimizationCollaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities.Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.Collaborate with the executive team to provide input on overall organizational strategy and direction.

Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years proven experience in sales leadership with a successful track record in achieving revenue targets. Senior living sales experience preferred.Strong understanding of the senior living industry, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $240,000 - $300,000
