Elite full service law firm is looking for a Trust and Estates Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities include assisting with administration of estates and trusts and preparing estate tax returns.
Must have in depth understanding of probate procedures, estate and trust administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate
- Proficient computer skills including probate specific computer software
- Ability to manage a large case load and high attention to detail
- iManage experience is a plus!
