As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. We are a People First organization, with a mission of putting our customers at the center of everything we do. * Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions

* Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems

* Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)

* High school diploma or GED

* Ability to complete a mandatory 6-week paid training

* Customer service experience is a plus
