Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of business litigation cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
