Position Summary: As an Account Manager at Employment Boost, you will be responsible for driving new business development initiatives and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, understanding their unique talent needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships and your keen understanding of our clients' industries will be crucial to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients through daily cold calling efforts, market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and implement strategic plans to approach and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to acquire new clients.
  • Develop proposals outlining the firm s services, capabilities and unique value propositions that meet clients specific requirements
  • Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline of potential clients, leads and ongoing opportunities utilizing the CRM system to ensure accurate record keeping and data analysis


Customer Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships through cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.


Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct research to understand client industries thoroughly, enabling effective communication and tailored solutions.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Strong internal customer relationship and customer service skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite of products
  • Robust organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills with the ability connect effectively over remote platforms including phone and video
  • Competitive spirit and with a can-do attitude
  • Strong writing and research skills
