We are looking for a Data and Architecture Manager to be responsible for managing the data needs of the project organization and to maintain and structure project data sources. Provide reports and analytics to analyse and report on information and draw business insight based on their findings. Additionally, using mathematical and statistical theory methods, present findings to management which can be used to improve various initiatives within the company. Quality, completeness and consistency reporting to highlight issues using data modelling and visualisation techniques

**The Role:**

The key responsibilities will include:

Governance and oversight of major projects data and ability to influence successful project performance

Collect and structure project data from all sources

Develop project-specific data management plans that address area such as data structure, reporting, data transfer and work flow processes.

Generate data queries based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry to resolve identified problems.

Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy, or proper usage of project systems and data.

Develop Data Maturity assessment techniques

Report on all data related issues relating to completeness and quality. Liaise with disciplines to ensure data issues are tracked and resolved

Manipulate and integrate data using import/export and formatting techniques

Manage on-going quality assurance using master data management techniques highlighting any areas for improvement or intervention

Development and maintenance of data standards, policies and data collection procedures (standard operating procedures) related to data management activities

**About You:**

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Project delivery/project governance experience, including major projects

Experience interpresting client needs, senior management and other key stakeholders

Skilled in Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, SQL Workbench, Toad, SQL Server Management Tool, SQL Developer, AWS S3 Redshift, Azure Data Lake Storage

Extensive knbowledge of data standards and visualisation techniques

Degree qualified in relevant subject

Ability to define and manage Tag data and Engineering Numbering Systems

Strong leadership to ensure non-compliant data issues are reported and dealt with

Ability to produce and manage data quality management framework

Skilled in Informatica Data Quality Data Profiling

Informatica Business Glossary Business Glossary

Informatica Metadata Manager Metadata

Experience using Statistics, GIS, Website Development, Python, SAS, Access, SQL, CSS, HTML 5, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Docs, SAS Visual Analytics.
