Ashton Solutions is a fast-growing MSP servicing business across the Northeastern Ohio Region. We have an excellent technical team, a strong teamwork environment, and we always put client experience first - so you can sell a service you believe in and watch your deals succeed. We re looking for a friendly, driven closer that will help potential clients solve problems they didn t even know they had.
Position Highlights:
- $60k base salary, no cap on commission
- Self-driven - we ll give you the resources and trust you to drive the process

What You ll Do:
- Build relationships: hunt prospects, outreach, network, and get to know business owners that would be a great fit for our services
- Design and execute sales pitches to meet client technology needs using knowledge of our offerings, strengths, and consumer base.
- Close deals: you re results-oriented and persistent, and make sure that clients are sold on services that are a great fit for them.
Skills You ll Need:
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans
- Strong ability to build relationships with potential clients
- Persistence, drive, and comfortability being self-directed
- Knowledge of business-to-business IT offerings and technologies
- Willingness to adapt, innovate, and work with a team
