A respected Southern California hospital seeks an experienced Perioperative Services Director to lead our expanding surgical services department. If you are a CNOR-certified nurse with a proven track record of excellence in the OR, we want to hear from you!

Position Title: Director Perioperative
Position Type: Full-time Permanent

Compensation Details:
Base Salary: $150,000 to $190,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Reports to CNO (she is amazing, honest, hard working, committed, visible leader, supportive, and old school).
volume is 16 to 20 cases a day.
9 Operating Rooms, expanding OR capability to another area.
Oversees Pre Op, PAT clinic, PACU, plus OR, and Sterile Processing.
Orient new graduates and new to speciality transition.
Responsible for at least 4 Rooms until 7 p.m.; we have a 12 hour shift model.
The ideal candidate has:
Someone with strong leadership.
Needs to have CNOR.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Someone who is tenacious and will run with the responsibilities.
Good physician relationships, building new business, expanding new services, can speak to justifying variances.
Has hospital experience.
