We are looking for the right individual to add to our team as a Telemarketing Sales Representative.
As our telemarketing specialist, you will call our list of contacts, qualify leads, and coordinate appointments. Youll talk to business owners in many different industries, so each day will be different and interesting.

* **Computer literacy:** You need to be proficient in using Windows, Microsoft Office, and the internet. A strong understanding of social media is also a plus.
* **Excellent oral and written communication skills:** At the heart of the position lies the ability to communicate well will prospective clients, as well as Arrow teammates.
* **Hunter mentality:** You know what you want to achieve, and you can keep focused to get there.
**The Required Duties Are As Follows:**
* Calling, emailing, and researching provided leads to identify and qualify prospective clients
* Scheduling appointments for our brokers.
* Following up with leads on a daily basis. *
* Continuously updating and maintaining all prospects in our CRM.
* Maintaining professionalism and portraying Arrow in a positive manner at all times.
