Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to join our Southern California team. If you are driven by a passion for sustainability, possess a keen business acumen, and are eager to drive growth, EcoPackables offers the perfect platform to enhance your career. Your role will focus on finding in-person leads, managing client accounts, and actively promoting our innovative packaging solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
- Outside in-person sales
- New business development, account management, client upsells
- Develop and maintain your own business
Role Requirements:
- A passionate sales professional with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- At least 1+ years of outside sales work (packaging preferred)
- Prior experience in the packaging industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Compensation:
