Position Overview
--We are Halara, a leading global cross-border e-commerce brand, seeking a passionate TikTok KOL Livestream Operations Specialist with an in-depth understanding of overseas markets to join our Growth Marketing Team. --The role involves promoting our brand and products on the TikTok livestreaming platform, engaging with a wide audience through high-quality live content, achieving sales goals, and enhancing brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities
--Livestream Project Management: Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of overseas influencers' livestreams on TikTok, including but not limited to influencer selection, content creation, event planning, product selection, scriptwriting, process supervision, and performance analysis.
--Internal Coordination and External Communication: Act as a bridge between the team and other departments (such as supply chain, advertising, e-commerce operations, etc.), ensuring the smooth operation of livestream activities and addressing issues as they arise.
--Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly collect and analyze livestream data, adjust and optimize livestream strategies based on data insights to continuously meet or exceed sales targets.
Position Requirements
--Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in TikTok influencer livestream operations.
--Language Skills: Fluent in English as the working language, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
--Data-Driven: Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify trends and issues behind the data and take swift action.
--Cross-Team Collaboration: Strong cross-team communication and collaboration abilities, capable of managing time and resources effectively in a multitasking environment.
--Self-Driven and Responsible: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
