Machine Operator

Their proprietary processes used by aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, mining, and lumber make a real impact for their clients.

Summary

Set up, maintain, adjust, and operate the machines in to produce wire to meet Manufacturing Order (MO) requirements following the Quality Management System

Responsibilities (Examples Of What You Will Be Doing)

  • Set up and operate rolling/drawing machines and spooling lines
  • Maintain and operate resistance butt weld machine
  • Monitor and maintain exceptional wire surface conditions as specified in customer order
  • Transfer information to next operator during shift changes
  • Receive and transfer material in operating system

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • 1-2 years of machine operating experience minimum, 3-5 preferred

Work Environment

This is an open warehouse environment with exposure to various weather and temperature conditions.
