As a result of continued growth within our **Government & Public Sector Advisory** practice, an opportunity has been created for a skilled **Organizational Change Management** professional to join our team as a **Manager** . In this role, you will focus on the people side of change, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new systems and technologies, business processes, job roles and organizational structures while helping to minimize resistance. _NOTE: This is a contingent opening and will therefore most likely start in late spring/early summer of 2024._


**As a Manager:**


You understand the connection between digital transformation and business processes/behaviors and proactively identify areas of operational change that require disciplined and thoughtful change management, regardless of project type.


+ You will work closely with business leads and subject matter experts to identify, manifest, and realize opportunities for business process optimization.


+ As an experienced change practitioner, you serve as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor and may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of associates, managers, and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.


+ You will also support project teams in integrating the change management activities into their engagements.

+ Minimum of 5+ years as a change management practitioner


+ Completed Bachelors Degree


+ Recognized change management certification/designation: Prosci or CCMP


+ Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts related to the implementation of financial systems or human capital management systems (Oracle strongly preferred)


+ Experience supporting federal, state and local government entities, or government contractors preferred; most industry experience will be considered


+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle


+ Excellent active listening skills; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences


+ Collaborative approach and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to move toward a common goal


+ Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills


+ Ability to travel to client site as required, expected 25-50%

The salary range for this position is $103,360 to $186,100. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
