Hiring Shifts:
Second shift, Monday - Friday, 3p - 11p
Third shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11p - 7am
Pay: $17-20/hr (+$1-2/hr shift differentials)
Environment:
- Manufacturing facility - Fast and slow paced departments
- Clean, organized, and tidy facility.
- Uniforms and Tools Provided.
- First hands on training for the first 90 days
Position Duties and Functions:
- Machine operation
- Assembly of components
- Responsible for all assigned specialty machines to produce high quality precision products.
- Machine set up and adjustments
- Troubleshoot machines
- Perform Change overs
- Conduct daily maintenance of machines
- Inspections of products and parts
- Machine types in this facility: saws, milling machines, machining centers, heat treatment machines, specialized hole drilling machines, straighteners, grinders, cutting machines, and specialized equipment.
- Additional Machines that do not alter or fabricate products: Washers, wrapping machines, packing machines, laser welding, marking machines, etc.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift if necessary
- High school Diploma
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand basic measuring equipment such as tape measures, micrometers, and rulers
- Machine operator or Assembly technician experience
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
