Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Omega Realty Group (Sister company) in Phoenixville, PA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing phone calls, maintaining communication, book keeping, and operational flow for our property management division. This is a full time office position in Phoenixville PA.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and responsiveness
- Clerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Appfolio, and Quickbooks is highly recommended.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
