**Perform the tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of laboratory reagents, materials, parts, supplies and equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable sections of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), with emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CLIA), and applicable Takeda and BioLife policies, procedures and quality initiatives.**

*****ACCOUNTABILITIES*****

* **Perform the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of reagents, parts, material, supplies and equipment received at BioLife Testing Laboratory.**

* **Prepare and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.**

* **Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory.**

* **Assist with the unloading and receipt of sample shipping boxes.**

* **Rotate inventory of sample shipping boxes and packing materials back to the plasma centers.**

* **Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.**

* **Distribute incoming and outgoing packages.**

* **All other duties as assigned.**

* **Ability to work in a warehouse environment requiring the ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.**

* **Performing and demonstrating work assignments, which may involve lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, leaning.**

* **Requires frequent lifting up to 30 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.**

* **The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.**

*****EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:*****

* **High School Diploma or equivalent required.**

**Associates degree**

**3-5 years general warehouse and/or technical office experience preferred.**
