Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. We are looking for a Plant Manager who will oversee the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure necessary resources are on hand to meet customer's scheduled needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall production of plastic injection molded products
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met
- Plan and organize production schedules
- Track maintenance projects and PMs in coordination with Maintenance
- Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiencies
- Set KPIs and Production goals for the team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Manufacturing Supervision/Production Management Experience, required
- 2+ years in a plastic injection molding environment, required
- Previous technical experience processing injection molded plastic is preferred
- High School diploma
- BS in industrial engineering or a related field is preferred

Position:
- Permanent Full-time Employee
- Shift: Days Shift M-F
- Pay: 110-130K
