Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily repair and general maintenance tasks for property structures and facility equipment. This role involves working independently at various scattered sites due to our multiple locations, covering a portfolio of 500+ units.
Responsibilities:
- Execute general cleaning tasks, including mopping and dusting.
- Address minor repairs, such as fixing a broken lock.
- Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify potential issues.
- Travel to diverse scattered sites to conduct maintenance activities.
- Independently manage tasks due to the dispersed nature of the sites.
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks.
- Possess and maintain personal tools and a vehicle.
- While not mandatory, certifications are highly advantageous.
- Directly report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in property management maintenance.
- Proficient expertise required; not suitable for beginners.
- Completion of Drug Testing, Background Screening, and DMV verification prior to the offer.
Compensation: - Pay range: $26.00-$27.00 per hour.
- Monthly $200 gas allowance.
