Asset Sales Specialist

Our client, a global financial services firm located in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Asset Sales Specialist to join their team for a contract to potential hire assignment. Hybrid schedule. Local candidates only.

Ideal candidates must possess previous asset sales, equipment leasing, and remarketing experience, as well as strong communication skills and ability to extract and analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities of the Asset Sales Specialist

Identifying potential buyers

Overseeing daily online remarketing portal operations

Handling data management, resales statistics, and analytics

Managing regional inventory levels

Working with various internal stakeholders on sales/account management and assets

Performing asset valuations at conclusion of lease cycle

Arranging and negotiating lessee extensions terms and conditions and resale/refinance contracts

Executing invoicing and documentation

Ensuring cost efficient, effective remarketed assets delivery

Requirements of the Asset Sales Specialist

Associates degree preferred

1-3+ years of relevant experience that includes equipment leasing, asset sales, and remarketing

Strong technical knowledge of assets and remarketing legal and financial functions

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with dealers

Ability to effectively extract and analyze large data sets

Advanced Microsoft Office and social media proficiency

Additional Details:

Employment type: three month contract, with possibility of extension

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
