Position: Procurement Managed Services Director
Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Take charge of managing the performance of the service provider while aligning operational strategies with broader organizational goals. Develop and execute strategies for procurement managed services, including process, data, and technology.
- Operational and Performance Management: Implement governance structures, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure procurement and end user compliance, and enhance data and reporting capabilities.
- Leadership: Represent the Procurement Managed Services function across all levels of the company, provide expertise on evolving procurement practices, and foster a customer-centric mindset. Offer strong leadership support to the Global Sourcing and Procurement organization.
Skills Required:
- Profound experience in business transformation, procurement, and supply chain management, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing procurement tools, vendor relationships, and contract negotiation.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in business or related field, with 10+ years of operational procurement experience. Prior experience in leading Managed Services organizations preferred. Proficiency in procurement tools such as Ariba and SAP is advantageous.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to supplier locations may be required.
