We are actively seeking a driven, outgoing, and adept individual to join our dynamic sales, marketing, and customer response team. Our vision for this role is to elevate customer interaction to unprecedented levels within our industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to contribute to our growth trajectory.


Working closely with the Director of Sales and Administration, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a pivotal role in identifying and converting new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and surpassing quarterly sales targets. Primary responsibilities include:


1. Contact, Qualify, and Manage Inbound Leads:

- Engage with lead inquiries to understand their projects and needs, guiding them towards suitable products.

- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries from various sources such as email, phone, advertising campaigns, and web forms.

- Maintain and update CRM database for efficient lead management and sample kit distribution.


2. Self-Generated Research and Outbound Prospecting:

- Undertake independent industry research to uncover new leads and potential market segments for expansion.


3. Customer Response Representation:

- Address customer queries regarding products, services, invoicing, inventory, and quotes.

- Proactively engage with current customers to gather insights for future growth opportunities.


4. Task-Oriented and Customer-Focused:

- Build relationships with existing customers by introducing new products and ensuring satisfaction.

- Articulate the value proposition of our products effectively.


5. General Office and ERP Management:

- Provide positive and informative customer experiences.

- Handle credit applications, customer setup, notes management, and order processing.

- Manage documentation for sales orders, including POs and pack lists.

- Oversee EDI processes and manage accounts receivable.


Qualifications:


- Minimum 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience.

- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems with at least 4 years of experience.

- Strong command of Excel and Word; willingness to learn new software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse job tasks.

- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate system usage and data management.

- Proven track record in supporting sales and/or marketing teams.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
