Hanold Associates is a retained executive search firm with a core focus on recruiting for senior level positions within Human Resources, Diversity, Boards of Directors and other C-Suite leadership roles. Our client list is diverse across industries, geographies, and business scenarios, with notable clients including The National Football League, Zoom, Indeed.com, Tom Brady and TB12, Blackrock, Gucci, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Fanatics, The New York Times, Patagonia, Under Armour, American Airlines and Prada, among many others. Based in the greater Chicago area, our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking to add outstanding Associate Executive Recruiters. As an Associate, you will work with Hanold partners throughout the entire search process as you begin to build relationships with some of the most influential business leaders and organizations in the world. You will source, identify and assess prospective candidates for various ongoing recruiting efforts, developing an understanding of both client needs and candidate strengths. This is an exceptional and unique opportunity to learn the executive search craft, working directly with partners and clients, while having a significant impact on the organization s growth. Upon joining, you will receive direct mentorship from Partners on research skills, communication and client management while developing strong business acumen and exposure across all industries. Accountabilities

Source and identify potential candidates (via LinkedIn Recruiter or other methods).

Interview candidates, assessing skills and suitability for ongoing search engagements, and build your network for future engagements.

Work directly with Partners to develop candidate slates to be presented to clients.

Develop informational, client-facing presentations.

Contribute to the firm s growth as we continue to build out internal processes and capabilities.

Join search update calls with clients, adding additional insight about candidates.


Qualifications

Undergraduate student graduating in Spring or Fall 2024 no prior consulting or executive search experience necessary.

Excited to connect with and build relationships with executives and clients, while learning about dozens of different industries and hundreds of different companies.

Always curious and eager to learn more.

Driven and hardworking willing to go the extra mile.
