In this role, you'll:* Act as a liaison with all other Casino departments.* Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping.* Interact with the Hotel for comping of rooms and meals.* Resolve guest disputes regarding comping of hotel rooms, etc.* Resolves guest disputes with all other departments.* Attend in-house and outside venue events.* Establish and maintain a customer base.* Enroll new players and reactivate archived players.* Interact with all guests in a warm and professional manner.* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
