About the RoleAs a Mid-Market Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, protecting, and growing revenue. You will upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts and engage with new prospective clients. You will deliver a high daily frequency of customer interactions using virtual methods to generate demand.
ResponsibilitiesMeeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goalsIdentifying revenue growth opportunities within an assigned territory and implementing Strategic plans to achieve growthDeveloping solid relationships with key decision makers to drive upsell and cross-sell initiativesMaintaining high volume and high quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media and onsite visitsOwning the overall health and status of the relationship and the negotiations of contractsStrategizing effectively with CSM, Marketing and BDM partners to align objectives
RequirementsHave the ability to articulate competitor differentiation and our value propositionDemonstrate in-depth understanding of Research Solution suite of productsBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teamsHave solid verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audienceDisplay proven success in new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skillsBe an enthusiastic self-starter
