**Job Summary:**

The **Spray Foam Equipment Sales Representative** is responsible for serving in a technical sales role to provide premiere customer service and consultation to customers and outside sales in achieving positive, long term results and building relationships for our continued partnership with our customers.

**Responsibilities/Duties:**

* Conduct outstanding technical sales to customers in conjunction with the local sales team

* Initiate and implement a timely response to leads

* Provide customers with product information and pricing

* Inspire marketing and promotional ideas with sales, marketing, and category management teams

* Guide the transition of the customer between the equipment sales team to the local sales team

* Participate in training or other events to market our expertise and services

* Assist in, and facilitate the order process to ensure scheduled delivery of equipment

* Collaborate with Customer Service and vendors to expedite critical orders

* Support in maintaining customer documentation and record keeping

* Deliver necessary communication to local sales, internal departments, and customer to achieve the best possible outcome

* Document and communicate lead and sales KPIs for performance

* Assess post sale functions to achieve an exceptional customer experience

* Establish clear, pre and post-sale, responsibilities for all parties involved including equipment manufacturers, customized assemblers, and our customers.

**Qualifications/Skills:**

* Robust communication skills

* Strong computer abilities and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools

* Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

* Ability to handle multiple and overlapping duties

* Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems

* Building material and/or equipment sales industry background

* Strong sales acumen

* Ability to travel an average of 20% of the time

**Education and/or Experience:**

* 1+ years in equipment sales or 2+ years in inside sales preferred

* Sales Training preferred
