Job Details

Access Intelligence is searching for an detail oriented Executive Assistant to maintain responsibility for the critical organization, prioritization, and scheduling for three principals and maintain continuity of office in the executives' absence. This position executes independent decisions within established guidelines and performs a full range of administrative services, including making appointments, scheduling meetings and invitations, and arranging logistics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties, including scanning, copying, mailing, and processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Complete expense reports online for executives, provide other administrative assistance, as assigned, make travel arrangements, and serve as the team expert on matters pertaining to administrative procedures.
  • Provide Assistance to the Director of People and Culture by scheduling interviews, assisting with employee events, maintaining employee files, supporting the performance review process, and other duties as assigned.
  • Draft communications and perform proofreading, as needed.
  • Work independently within the full range of administrative responsibilities.
  • Collaborate and promote a team environment with the People & Culture team and with key business leaders.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with providing executive level administrative support
  • Experience with calendar management, making domestic travel arrangements, managing and

preparing expense reports, and planning meetings

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of business correspondence and drafting letters and communications
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be detail oriented and proofread on grammar and punctuation with a high level of

accuracy
