CORE RESPONSABILITIES


Implement business processes to streamline daily operations and increase efficiency. Preferably to have experience in eccomerce and health and wellness supplements.

1. Development and Optimization of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Create Comprehensive SOPs: Develop detailed standard operating procedures for all critical business processes, from order fulfillment to customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality control.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Align the operational strategy with the company s business goals, facilitating growth and scaling efforts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the current operations and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.


2. System Creation and Integration

  • Technology Stack Evaluation: Assess current technologies and systems in use, identifying gaps and recommending integrations or upgrades.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems, such as ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems, to streamline operations and enhance data flow across the business.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks to save time and reduce error rates.


3. Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Operational Strategy: Work with senior management to develop a strategic plan that aligns with the company s growth goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish operational KPIs and ensure that the business is tracking against these metrics.


4. Cost Management and Efficiency

  • Budget Oversight: Monitor budget allocations and spending to maximize cost-efficiency.

Budget Management: Work with the controller to set budgets that reflect the operational needs and strategic objectives, as well oversee the P&L.

  • Vendor Negotiations: Handle negotiations with suppliers and service providers to reduce costs and improve service terms.


5. Leadership and Team Management

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure that all departments are aligned with the business s operational goals and strategies.
  • Team Building: Mentor and build capabilities within the operations team to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage Teams: Lead and manage teams across different departments such as production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Hiring and Training: Identify needs for additional staff or freelancers, and oversee the training and integration of new team members.


6. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those specific to the health supplements industry.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential operational risks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OKRs across various teams.
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Implement and manage project management tools.
  • Oversee the controller financial documents and cut costs efficiently.
  • Ensure and enhance team performance.
  • Participate in recruitment and decision-making processes.
  • Design and optimize business processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate between different teams and lead regular meetings and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a COO or similar role in a eccomerce or for a supplement brand, with strong management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • CFO and financial backround preferred.
  • Proficient in tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Miro, Asana and Slack.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and build performance-oriented teams.
  • Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and drive company objectives.
  • Passionate about eccomerce
