As an Outside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR), each day is filled with diverse activities driving the success of our client's Asset Recovery Program. Starting with a keen focus on the program's intricacies, the BDR conducts thorough market research to pinpoint potential asset recovery clients. Meaningful connections are forged with prospective clients by understanding their needs and how the company's services can enhance their operations. This involves actively promoting asset recovery services and engaging in face-to-face meetings with clients, necessitating travel within the assigned territory.
Beyond client acquisition, the BDR collaborates closely with internal teams, ensuring alignment to maximize sales potential. They address inquiries and feedback promptly, fostering goodwill in every interaction. Analyzing market dynamics, setting sales objectives, negotiating agreements, and preparing comprehensive reports are integral to this job. The BDR consistently drives growth and innovation within the sales landscape by identifying emerging trends and recommending product enhancements.
