Job Details

C2 client, an unrivaled audio communication solutions and service company, seeks a skilled Marketing Account Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized individual with a passion for marketing, excellent writing skills, and a knack for graphic design. This role involves collaborating with their team to plan and execute onsite events or trade shows, manage marketing efforts, and contribute to digital marketing strategies. The Marketing Account Coordinator will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


Start date: As soon as they find the right person

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Location: Hybrid with an office in Pewaukee, WI (remote work may be considered for the right candidate)

Compensation: $60K - $75K for permanent position, $26-$36/hour, commensurate with experience, during the contract

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate onsite events or trade shows, ensuring successful execution and representation of the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Write engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Proactively manage and track marketing efforts, analyzing data to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in all marketing-related tasks.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on account coordination or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot is a plus; HubSpot certifications are desirable but not required.
  • Experience in planning and managing onsite events or trade shows.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to make suggestions and take initiative.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Prior agency experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
