Join the AKA Tree Service team at our TN location! We are looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals. A successful Sales Arborist has a strong work ethic and is a self-starter who enjoys interacting with the public and our employees. Must have knowledge of sales, arboriculture, operations, and procedures.
Sales Arborist Responsibilities:
Responsible for all areas of sales within an assigned territory.
Meeting sales quotas
Striving for sales goals
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the defined territory
Clearly communicate with clients and co workers
Manage jobs to ensure quality performance and customer service.
Grow a residential and commercial book of business.
Sales Arborist Qualifications:
1-3 years of tree care industry experience or prior sales experience.
ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
Strong work ethic
Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or Horticulture is preferred
Valid driver s license
MVR with no occurrences
