**Overview**
Shift: M-F 6 am - 2:30 pm
Pay: $20 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Reports directly to Grounds Landscape Supervisor/Lead/Assistant
+ Provide manual labor as assigned by the landscape and grounds supervisor/Lead/Assistant
+ Operate grounds equipment as directed by the crew leader or landscape and grounds supervisor.
+ Implements Standard Operating Procedures for the Grounds, including hand-held gas-powered/electric equipment, non-powered equipment, and hand tools.
+ Ensure that all work performed is safe for the employee and those using the environment in which work is performed (Complete Greenius Modules)
+ Responsible for maintaining records for all work or services performed, including rigid records for pesticide applications.
+ Operate String Trimmers, Edgers, Blowers, Mowers, Trucks, Tractors, Hedge trimmers, Chain Saws, Pole Saws, Loaders, Pruners, Rakes, Vacuums, Shovels, Rental Equipment, Paint Machines, Aerators, Application Equipment, Utility Vehicles, Hand Tools, Irrigation Systems, and all other equipment available to maintain Grounds and Athletic Fields actively.
+ Plant, prune, remove, transplant & maintenance plants.
+ Pickup & dispose of trash, limbs, leaves, soil, and other debris.
+ Perform routine PM maintenance on ground equipment, including cleaning, servicing, adjustments, and minor repairs. Account for all tools.
+ Remain up-to-date and informed of current practices, state-of-the-art practices, and all local, state, and federal codes and regulations related to grounds maintenance.
+ Follow emergency response plans due to inclement weather, i.e. tornado or other catastrophes.
+ Inspect all vehicles/equipment/tools/property daily and comply with safety regulations and procedures.
+ Other duties assigned by the crew leader or Landscape and grounds supervisor.
+ Will be required to work during an emergency.
+ Required to follow all ABM Services, client, and regulatory agency policies.
