The Quikrete Companies is seeking an experienced Digital Media Buyer/Analyst to lead the planning, optimization, and analysis of our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role involves strategizing, executing, and refining campaigns to maximize brand exposure, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. The Digital Media Buyer/Analyst will work across multiple brands within The Quikrete Companies, including Quikrete, Rinker Materials, Best Block, Pavestone, Custom Building Products, and others.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Digital campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis for multiple brands within the The Quikrete Companies portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand positioning, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze test results, and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects ensuring adherence to established timelines and project milestones.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital media buying, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate campaign strategies and results.
- Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to drive campaign performance.
