Benefits Manager (39590)
Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area looking for a Benefits Manager. This company is looking for someone with 8+ years of related experience, leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. The pay range for this position is $120k-140k.
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- the design, implementation, administration and communication of the companies benefit and retirement programs, policies and procedures.
- benefits and retirement programs support the companies objectives and meet legal requirements.
- programs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Recommends changes to senior leadership.
- and proposes multi-year benefit strategies.
- and maintains relationships with vendors.
- current all aspects of HR through formal and informal training.
Perform other duties as needed.
The Benefits Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- degree in human resources or closely related field.
- years of experience in retirement and benefits planning.
- human resources credentials or certification preferred.
- interpersonal skills.
- understanding of tax and benefits laws.
- verbal and written communication skills.
- attention to detail and organizational skills.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
