POSITION SUMMARY


As an Auto Sales Representative at Millennium Auto, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional vehicles and services to our customers. Your role involves assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle, understanding their needs, and delivering an outstanding buying experience. Your deep knowledge of our automotive offerings and commitment to customer satisfaction will be vital in achieving our vision of becoming a preferred automotive destination nationwide.

OBJECTIVES

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process with a focus on their preferences and needs through active listening, answering their questions and offering relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing options.
  • Facilitate test drives and showcase the benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Follow up with clients in a timely manner to discuss their experience, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any complaints as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
  • Effectively communicate financing and leasing options, assisting customers in understanding their choices.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records within CRM for all customer interactions.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Communicate the company s value propositions to all vendors, end-users, and other clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, automotive financing, customer service, real estate, business development and/or marketing is strongly preferred
  • Active State Driver's License required


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to operate and navigate a motor vehicle

Salary: Up to $200,000.00 per year
