Position Overview:

Becker School Supplies is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee sales and business development in the Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania region. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and maximizing profitability within the assigned territory. Becker's expects this right person to be able to earn $100,000.00/year consistently in the territory. There is no limit to earnable commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out and engaging with new prospects.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Becker School Supplies' offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, distribution, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage leads, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent Becker School Supplies at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Residence in Eastern Ohio or Western Pennsylvania with willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure. $50,000 base and the right candidate is expected to earn another 50,000 in commissions.
