Innovative PEM Electrolyser business, looking to grow out their US footprint, with a Business Development Manager. With globally pioneering technology they are experts in PEM electrolyser design and manufacturing.



Responsibilities - Business Development Manager, Hydrogen


  • Market, customer, and competitor analysis for business planning
  • Originate and develop high-quality sales opportunities
  • Define and execute customer account strategy
  • Support strategic partnership discussions
  • Map new markets and sales opportunities and develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
  • Support the sales team with tenders and bids
  • Represent the company at conferences/exhibitions
  • Provide regular data and reports on business development progress
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers


Experience Required- Business Development Manager, Hydrogen


  • Degree qualified engineering focused would be a benefit
  • Strategic sales experience
  • Previous green energy/clean tech knowledge
  • Familiarity with green hydrogen/electrolysis facilities and US power markets would be a benefit
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Comfortable in a dynamic market with developing technology
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience in a fast paced environments


Please note, the preference for this role is in Texas, however the company are open to considering other areas.


Salary range between $130-140k.
