Store Co Manager
CRG is partnering with a distinguished retail organization that is recognized for its quality products, community engagement, internal growth opportunities, and supportive work environment. We are currently in search of a Store Co-Managers to join their teams in Charleston, Columbia, and Lexington, SC! As a Store Co-Manager, you will support the Store Manager and overall store operations to meet financial and sales goals, while demonstrating excellent hospitality for both customers and team members. Opportunity: Direct-Hire
Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 per year + 8-12% bonus

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the store operations, employees, and inventory.
- Assist with interviewing and hiring team members as needed.
- Help train new employees on processes and procedures of store operations.
- Ensure that direct reports understand performance expectations and hold them accountable for achieving budgeted results.
- Help management with creating and managing employee schedules.
- Consistently coach employees to further team development, maximize team productivity, and increase employee retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, answering questions and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist management in analyzing sales reports and other metrics to achieve store goals.
- Maintain continuous awareness of store conditions through frequent and detailed store inspections.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety standards throughout the store.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external individuals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and company policies.
- Work a flexible schedule, averaging 50 hours a week, including weekends, weekdays, evenings, and holidays when needed.
- Maintain a safe facility for customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience working at a large-scale retail store
- 2+ years working for a large-scale retailer required; large grocery store, warehouse club, or general-merchandise store preferred
- 1-2+ years of recent retail management experience
- Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required
