General Responsibilities:Assist the government in directing web developers/administrators in developing and modifying computer applications software, interfaces, or specialized utility programs.Web Developer in a Service Now Environment also include experience in

Java, JavaScriptKnowledge of markup languages like HTML and XMLFamiliarity with stylesheet languages such as CSS.

Develop and interface with APIs (example REST)Assist in developing and modifying computer applications software, interfaces, or specialized utility programs.Advise the Government on proposed changes to the web solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology.Follow established processes and complete the appropriate documentation to ensure systems and web applications are migrated into the cloud and achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).Identify and evaluate applications that can support the exploitation of data and databases.Assess what is required to integrate a particular tool into the NGA IT environments.Direct preparation of required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.Plan and execute the migration of the various engineering tools into the cloud per NGA policy and government guidance.Follow established processes and completes the appropriate documentation to ensure systems and applications migrated into the cloud achieve ATO.Oversee activities to maintain the Enterprise Engineering Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) in C2S or similar cloud-based environment.Required Skills and Tasks:Active TS/SCI clearanceConduct root cause problem analysisPerforms multiple tasks at specialist levelProficient in administration of collaborative, team communication and management tools such as Microsoft SharePointSuccessfully implemented cross-organizational and international technology integrationExperience in the use of Database Management System (DBMS) for application query and storageMay be recognized as a SME in their fieldEvaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, missionSelf-guided individual workKey member of teamOversees or monitors task(s)Provides issue resolutionEducation/Certification Required:Master s degree or Bachelor s degree plus 2-year experience or Associate s degree plus 4 years experience in IT or Computer ScienceDoD IAT Level II Approved Certification (ex.
