The Position

Overview:
We are looking for a strong-minded production individual to come and join the ever-growing wholesale arm of Azalea Wang. If you have experience in working with overseas vendors, streamlining production processes for on-time delivery, pride yourself in integrating OMS systems, and have strong organizational skills to boot, this position is for you.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a detailed record and schedule of all goods in production, in transit, and landed
- Ensure purchase orders are accurate and include all necessary information, such as quantity, unit price, and delivery date
- Champion of communication between all team members. Provide transparency on timeline conflicts, risks, changes, and action items day-to-day. Build key processes & tools that work cross-functionally and deliver status updates on apparel
- Work with factories to maintain quality standards and timely production schedules
- Raise any pre and post production-related issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Manage the order placement process, ensure target place dates align with business strategies, and that best possible deliveries are regularly met.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in production and shipping
- Experience with EDI is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: need to be very comfortable with vlookup, sumifs, and massive data manipulation to take multiple Excel data files and rework them to make a digestible format
