The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in the Hamilton County, Ohio area with one of the largest healthcare providers.
- Pay HIGHLY competitive, paid per assessment dependent upon experience.
- Contract ongoing (no end date)
- Schedule PART TIME OR FULL TIME (2 to 7 days a week) flexible schedules (can be made around another current position).
- All training and equipment are provided by the client.
- W2 position paid weekly.
Overview:
The provider will review and observe a member s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks in about 1-hour in-home visit. This provides unmatched insight into a member s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm. Weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule.
Qualifications:
- Have a Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Master s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
- Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
- Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in an approved specialty.
- Board Certifications accepted:
- Acute Care
- Adult Health
- Family Health
- Oncology
- Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- Have strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record software.
