Campaign Associate


Job Details

As a Campaign Associate on our Resource Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and success of individual fundraising campaigns and initiatives. Your role is critical to ensure the smooth functioning of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts. You will collaborate closely with team members to reach our ultimate goal of maximizing donor engagement and revenue generation to support our organization's mission and programs.Key Areas of Responsibility:* Assist in the coordination and execution of individual giving programs and campaigns to increase donor retention and acquisition.* Maintain accurate donor records and databases, including entering new donor information, updating contact details, and tagging donor records.* Assist in the development and execution of targeted communications and appeals to individual donors such as mass mailings, email distributions, and other forms of donor outreach.* Aid in organizing donor cultivation events, including donor appreciation gatherings and volunteer opportunities.* Generate reports and queries from the donor database to assist in donor segmentation, analysis, and campaign targeting.* Support efforts to understand donor portfolios history, preferences, and interests to apply learning to donor programming.* Stay informed about best practices in nonprofit fundraising and administrative support through training opportunities and professional development resources.* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing ideas and contributing to team goals.Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree required.* One to three years of experience in corporate affairs, fundraising, sales, communication, or related fields.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred.* Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.* Frequent local travel within the regional area, including occasional evenings, and weekends.* Reliable personal transportation is required.Related Core Competencies:* Genuine belief in United Way's mission.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.* Proactive attitude towards learning and achieving goals.* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.* Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.* Commitment to excellence and building positive relationships.* Initiative in seeking solutions and opportunities.Salary starting $45,000, plus competitive benefits packageApplicants should apply by Wednesday, May 15, 2024, via the link below: is an Equal Opportunity Employer Committed to Diversity, Equity and InclusionRequired degree level* BachelorYears of experience* 1 - 2 years of experienceSkills and Competencies* Relationship-Oriented* Results-DrivenShow more
